Mission and Vision

Bringing American Soccer to World Football for

Sporting and Financial Success

BQE’s Mission is to present a player development environment that meets the same high standards found at many of the best

European youth training programs and to provide access to the youth of the NYC Metro area.

Hello WC ‘22 - Brooklyn is represented!

The ASC NY catchment basin of 11.5 million people includes many young prospects that have not had access to the current set-up in American professional soccer. Whether they’re suburban kids in Port Washington or Stony Brook or they’re inner-city, first-generation kids in Brooklyn, Queens or Washington Heights – ASC NY expects to deliver financially-supported access to the Club’s youth development environment and unlock the potential of the next generation of young American athletes in domestic and international soccer.

Our Vision: within 5-7 years of launch, our player development program will have a portfolio of several hundred youth players accessing the ASC NY training facility and related programs and a portfolio of players in European professional leagues – each carrying a properly negotiated performance and sell-on fee arrangement.

Why Europe for ASC? That’s where the player market is deepest, most liquid and most active.

Why Europe for the young player? The same reason as why the best basketball players in the world come to the NBA and the best hockey players in the world come to the NHL. The “best” want to play “the best”.

BQE is focused on a Vision of producing world-class American Soccer and world-class American Soccer Players – all within a sustainable business construct.

BQE’s Vision is centered around the firm’s deep roots in the NYC Metro area – a global gateway and the most diverse city in the world, as well as the most populous metro in the USA.  Our promise is to curate top-class talent centered around top-class facilities into the future Landon Donovan’s and Christian Pulisic’s as well as Mia Hamm’s and Carli Lloyd’s of tomorrow.
